Dakota Johnson recently talked about how working with an intimacy coordinator for the first time on her new movie Materialists was actually a breath of fresh air.On Amy Poehler’s Good Hang podcast, the Madame Web star said it was the first time she had any real guidance during sex scenesand it made a big difference. She also looked back on filming the Fifty Shades movies and pointed out that there were zero intimacy coordinators back then which feels wild, considering how intense those scenes were. Nowadays, intimacy coordinators are way more common on sets, especially after Me Too.
