This sauce is literally crack saurri  Recipe: (Measured from the heart) -2 tbsp honey -4-6 tbsp soy sauce -1 tbsp water - a bunch of finely chopped coriander -2/3 garlic cloves minced -1 juice of fresh lime -1 fresh red chilli or 1tbsp sambal -8 chicken thigh fillets  -corn flour  -sliced cucumbers to serve  Method: -combine ingredients to make crack sauce in a small bowl -salt + pepper chicken fillets  -coat fillets in corn flour  -heat olive oil in saucepan on high  -cook chicken for 7 mins each side  -serve everything on a bed of rice -enjoyyyyy #easydinners #easydinner #asianchimichurri
