Fave quick mid week dinner 🍽️  This Asian chimichurri can go on any protein- it’s literally crack sauce lol  Recipe: -2 tbsp honey  -4 tbsp soy sauce  -1 tbsp water -half a bunch of finely chopped coriander  -2/3 garlic cloves minced  -1 juice of fresh lime  -1 fresh red chilli  -2 scotch fillet steaks  Method: -combine ingredients to make crack sauce in a small bowl  -cook steak/protein to your liking  -greens are optional, otherwise I just have sliced cucumbers  -serve everything on a bed of rice  -enjoyyyyy #easydinners #easydinner #easydinnerideas #steakdinner #midweekdinner #homecookedfood #vietnamesefood
