## Caption

Vietnamese Shaky Beef (Bò Lúc Lắc) This is one of my favourite comfort foods 😋  Marinade: -scotch fillet/porterhouse steaks  -1 onion  -3 garlic cloves  -coriander stalks (optional)  -culantro + rice paddy herb (found in your Asian supermarket)  -olive oil -fish sauce -soy sauce  -oyster sauce -sweet Thai chilli sauce  -sesame oil -ground white pepper  Marinade for at least 30mins/1hr  Method: 1. Heat a frypan on high heat  2. Add butter & beef  3. Spread across pan and let sit for 3/4 mins (until the bottom is slightly charred)  4. Add lots of cracked pepper  5. Stir beef until cooked through and sauce thickens a little  6. Serve on white rice + garnish with coriander leaves, fried onion and nuoc Cham (optional)  7.
