Two of the faves together.. Japanese curry and potato pie! 😮‍💨❤️  Ingredients: 4 serves.  - 700g spuds  - 2 carrots  - Frozen peas  - 1 Onion - 500g beef mince  - 300mls water  - 3 x golden curry squares Mash your spuds, add whatever flavouring you like! I did sweet cheese flavour, salt and milk.  Oven dish, place in beef curry mix, spread mash on top like a potato pie. Bake for 20 mins at 180 degrees :)  #japanesecurry #potatopie #easydinner #cookingformywife #whattocook
