Replying to @Shelby Elliott #greenscreenvideo @Mad Mex is incredibly convenient when it comes to tracking your macros, or your calories. This is because they have a inbuilt nutritional calculator on their website, that allows you to completely customise your meal and it automatically updates nutrition as you do so. Whether you’re in a fat loss phase, needing to increase your protein intake, or just being mindful of your overall energy balance, this can be an extremely useful tool ! Plus, the menu is extremely versatile in terms of customisation which is a massive bonus ! #gymsnack #nutritionist #sportsnutrition #caloriedeficit #macros
