DODGY ALLEYWAY = GOOD FOOD?  Luke Nguyen — Vietnamese chef & MasterChef judge — told me this is his favourite Bún Chả in Hanoi, so I followed a random alley and hoped for the best 😅 Charcoal-grilled pork patties, rice vermicelli noodles on the side, fresh herbs, pickles, and sweet-savory nước chấm — simple setup, ridiculous flavour!
