PART 3 of Essential Things to know before travelling to Japan🇯🇵 especially if this is your first time visiting Japan! 1) Wear comfortable shoes👟 You’ll be walking A LOT, our record was 50k steps in a day😂 There are heaps of stairs especially if you are taking trains so make sure to wear comfortable shoes. Also some restaurants, cafe will ask you to take off your shoes if they have traditional tatami style. When go to the toilet, they will have slipper just for the bathroom🚽 2) Clean up yourselves after meal or drink A lot of Japanese restaurants and cafe especially the fast food will ask you to return your tray after meal, be mindful and keep the place clean😊  3) Be punctual and come early if you are catching public transport especially train. If the time says 9:37AM it means no more or less so come to the platform at least 5-10mins.
