'They are a team put together with money the club should have never had.' Football writer Darren Lewis gives his reasons why the Man City scandal spreads far beyond the club and across the rest of the Premier League. Manchester City have been found guilty of dozens of financial charges spanning a nine-year period from 2009 to 2018. The club has denied the findings, and lodged an appeal, saying that the opinion of the Premiere League Commission contains 'clear material errors, of law, principle, and fact.' #Fourcast #ManCity #Football #News #Channel4News
