Ed Sheeran’s US concerts at the Gillette stadium have been cancelled after severe weather warnings. The promoter said ‘the decision was made with the safety of fans as the top priority’. The tour has been in the spotlight after the billionaire owner of the stadium called for Ed Sheeran’s opening act Macklemore to be dropped after his onstage ‘Free Palestine’ comments. Strong winds, coastal flooding and heavy rain are forecast to hit much of the American east coast over the weekend, causing other concerts to be postponed as well. #EdSheeran #Macklemore #Palestine #Music #Channel4News
