At least 80 people are feared dead after a migrant boat was rescued off the coast of Spain’s Canary Islands. The boat, which is understood to have left The Gambia in West Africa with 127 people on board, was in the Atlantic for almost a month. 44 people were rescued 60 miles off the coast of Gran Canaria, according to Spanish Maritime Rescue. Some bodies on board couldn’t be retrieved because of rough sea conditions.
