A group of over 100 British millionaires, including Gary Lineker, have signed a letter calling on Prime Minister Andy Burnham to impose higher taxes on the super rich. The letter from Patriotic Millionaires UK says "wealth and power has been concentrated in a small group for too long" and it is "time to tax us."
