Rescue teams in Venezuela say they are rapidly running out of time to find any more survivors trapped under rubble. Emergency teams from El Salvador, Mexico and Venezuela are working to free a 21-year-old man from a collapsed building, while a newborn baby who was pulled out alive yesterday is recovering in hospital, together with his mother.
