## Caption

There's another Gen Z protest movement, this time in Peru. But why? Gen Zs clashed with police in the capital Lima overnight demanding the resignation of interim President Jose Jeri over an alleged corruption scandal and his dismissed rape charge. Relatives of victims killed during 2022-2023 social protests about former President Dina Boluarte also took to the streets. Many Peruvians believe President Jeri "doesn't deserve to be president" as he has "death on his hands". #Peru #Protest #JoseJeri #GenZ #C4News
