Here to remind you that rest is productive, too 🤎

Sometimes we’re so busy showing up for everyone else that we forget to make space for ourselves. Between the responsibilities, the routines and everything life asks of us, it’s easy to put our own needs on the back burner.

But wellness is about more than what we do for our bodies. It’s also about caring for our minds, making room for healing and giving ourselves permission to slow down when we need it.

That’s one of the reasons I’m looking forward to R&R: Rest, Reassure, Empower, Support, Take Time, presented by dreamsunlimitedbysharie and Dreams Unlimited Foundation. It’s a space created for women to come together for meaningful conversations, healing, movement, wellness and genuine connection.

The day will also include a special panel discussion, “Grief Becomes Your Resilience,” centered on the reminder that even when grief becomes part of our story, it doesn’t have to define the rest of it. 🤎

📍 Elk Grove, CA
🗓️ Saturday, October 10
⏰ 12 PM–4 PM

I’d love for you to join me for an afternoon of pouring back into ourselves and connecting with other women. If you’ve been needing a little space to pause, reset and be intentional about your well-being, this may be just what you need.

🎟️ Tickets are available through the link in my bio. I hope to see you there! 🤎
