Living proof that you can literally come back from anything ✨

When I look back at these clips, I see a woman who had lost herself. Heavy. Disconnected. Showing up for everyone but not really present for herself. The version of me who usually had it all together had slowly fallen apart. I still have love for her though. She showed up the best way she knew how. And it takes a different kind of discipline to pull yourself up and save yourself.

I started 75 Hard because I was craving structure, consistency, and the discipline that used to keep me grounded. I’m down 34 pounds, but I’m up in ways that can’t be measured. It was never out of reach, I just wasn’t ready. I started the year knowing everything would have to change inside, out, and all around me. I’ve been keeping that promise to myself. I’m not looking left or right. I’m in alignment.

Remember when you said this was going to be your year to get in shape and prioritize your health? Well, I heard you, so let’s go 🤎💪🏾
