Quick #HairStory Not long ago I decided to hop on a bandwagon and used a deep conditioner everyone was raving about. Long story short it was very high in protein. I had no clue my hair was protein sensitive😩 (tears) Do y’all know the end of this story? Yep it ended in a lot of breakage! Definitely set me back in my hair goals🤦🏾‍♀️ Several lessons learned here:

2)Know YOUR hair (what works for someone else may not work for you⁣
