Does anyone else feel guilty on the days they’re supposed to be resting? I kept asking myself why I always feel the need to stay busy, even when nothing on my to-do list is actually urgent. Lately, I’ve been using productivity to measure whether I had a “good” day or not. Maybe it’s ambition. Maybe it’s habit. Maybe we’ve just forgotten how to be still??
