As nurses, we come into work to take care of our patients without any expectations of getting recognized for the things that we do. We advocate for our patients and act as their support system during the most vulnerable time of their lives because that’s just WHAT WE DO. ✨  Never in a million years did I think I would ever get a DAISY award, so this truly means a lot to me. 🤍  Even though nursing comes with so many challenges, I am so grateful to be a nurse and make an impact in people’s lives. 🌼 #icunurse #nursesweek #daisyaward
