My mental health after 3 surgeries in 2 years: Here is my current injury update about a month away from returning to D1 soccer. Really having a hard time not rushing this phase of my recovery... I am doing my best to be disciplined and pull myself back from doing to much, but man it’s so hard. I’ve recently pushed a little too hard, and my body is definitely talking to me, telling me to slow down. It takes a lot of self-control, but I have to respect the healing process and stay on course.  Trying my best to keep it real with you all.
