Dylan Sprouse’s support for Barbara Palvin at last year’s Victoria’s Secret show is resurfacing, and it’s a lovely reminder of celebs using their platform for good 💗 At the 2025 show in New York, Dylan arrived wearing a yellow endometriosis awareness pin on his lapel. He told E! News that Barbara had recently undergone surgery for the condition, and that he was handing out pins to raise awareness on the night. He added that she’s a particularly tough cookie and that he’s proud to call her his wife. Barbara had surgery in June 2025 and has spoken openly about her experience, saying Dylan was extremely supportive throughout her recovery. She also walked that year’s show just weeks after breaking her foot. Endometriosis affects around one in ten women and girls of reproductive age, but it often takes years to diagnose. The couple have said they were surprised by how little awareness there is. This year, Barbara returned to the runway in Los Angeles just six weeks after welcoming their daughter, Sylvie, with Dylan once again cheering her on from the crowd.
