## Caption

Did you know that two women a week are killed by a current or former partner in #England and #Wales? Poppy Devey Waterhouse was 24 and Ellie Gould just 17 when they were stabbed to death in their own homes by their ex boyfriends. Their mothers, Julie and Carole, have joined forces to campaign for longer #jailtime for domestic killings.  Under current laws if a #murderer has brought a weapon to a scene (outside your home) with intent to kill, he or she would expect to be jailed for 25 years. However, if you kill someone with a weapon already at the scene (in your home) the starting point is 15 years.
