Eat your greens takes a whole new ✨sweet✨ meaning in Singapore 🇸🇬 Singapore’s food scene is as creative as it is rooted in tradition! Each dish I tried on my culinary adventure celebrated “green” elements through pandan. 🍃 Here’s what I loved about these treats: 📍 Chendol at EatAlley A refreshing shaved ice dessert with pandan jelly “noodles,” creamy coconut milk, and rich palm sugar syrup. The combination of cold, creamy, and chewy textures made this so satisfying in the tropical heat! 🍧🌴 📍 Ondeh Ondeh at Bengawan Solo Chewy pandan glutinous rice balls filled with molten palm sugar and coated in freshly grated coconut. I loved the burst of syrupy sweetness in the center—it was such a fun, bite-sized surprise! 🥥 📍 Kueh Salat Ice Cream at Xiao Ya Tou A classic kueh transformed into ice cream! The pandan custard flavors were smooth and fragrant, while the chewy butterfly pea flower glutinous rice bits added a delightful textural contrast. I was surprised at how perfectly nostalgic this felt in ice cream form. 🍨 📍 Pandan Kaya Iced Latte at Lou Shang Coffee with a local twist! The pandan syrup added just the right amount of sweetness and fragrance to the iced latte. It’s a drink I’d definitely order again. ☕️🧊 📍 Kaya Cake at Sinpopo Soft and fluffy pandan sponge cake layered with kaya. The light, airy texture paired with the richness of the kaya made this dessert feel indulgent but not too heavy. Perfect for anyone who enjoys a delicate, layered treat! ☁️ 📍 Pandan Gula Melaka Ice Cream at Kind Kones A guilt-free plant-based treat made with creamy coconut milk. I loved the smooth, silky texture and how the pandan and gula melaka flavors shined through—it’s both refreshing and indulgent. 💚 Each dish gave me a new appreciation for how pandan’s delicate yet fragrant flavor can be used in so many creative ways. Let me know which one you’d try first! AD in partnership with @visit_singapore ❤️ #VisitSingapore #Singapore #SingaporeFood #EatYourGreens #MadeInSingapore #CulinaryAdventure
