## Caption

Brace yourselves for darker afternoons as the clocks fall back this weekend. ⏰ British Summer Time officially comes to an end in the early hours of Sunday morning. While you get to enjoy an extra hour of sleep, the trade-off means sunset will suddenly hit before most people even finish work. Say goodbye to daylight after 4 pm and hello to commuting home in total darkness for the next few months. Afternoon dog walks and post-work runs are about to feel like late-night expeditions under the streetlamps. #britishsummertime #winter #clocksgoback #daylightsavings
