Some Londoners are avoiding the District Line altogether because of its reliability issues 🚇😭 Passengers on the Wimbledon to East Putney stretch of the line say the unreliable service has become so frustrating that some have even changed jobs to avoid using it. Despite a £500,000 investment from Transport for London to improve signalling, passengers continue to report overcrowding, delays and reduced services. A campaign called ‘Fix the District’ allows commuters to log problems as they happen — with its running tally showing passengers have lost more than 134 hours waiting for the line as of October 5.
