Those travelling through London can breathe a sigh of relief after this week’s planned Tube strikes were called off at the last minute following fresh talks between the RMT union and TfL. The walkouts were expected to cause four days of major disruption across the capital. The dispute centres around TfL’s proposed four-day working week for drivers, with unions raising concerns over fatigue and safety. While this week’s strikes have now been suspended, the row is not fully over and more action could still take place early next month. #londonunderground #tube #uk
