## Caption

Jamie Laing took to Instagram on Friday to heap praise on his wife Sophie Habboo, a day after she gave birth to their first child, a son called Ziggy. Sharing a picture of himself on a bed in 31-year-old Sophie's private hospital suite, Jamie, 37, wrote: 'A wild, incredible experience. 'Exhausted, full of love and in awe of my wife. Already knew she was 10/10 but didn't realise that level could go even higher and it continues to grow. 'You are a complete rockstar and to women around the world [I salute you].' #jamielaing #sophiehabboo #nearlyparents
