This is the moment a lorry ploughed into a layby and crashed into parked cars, leaving two people seriously hurt - as its driver admitted dangerous driving.  Tracey Hosker, 35, of the village of Windmill Hill, Runcorn, was behind the wheel of the box van on the A34 southbound just outside Oxford on January 11 last year. But as she took the vehicle to a port so it could be exported, her brakes suddenly failed, causing her to veer into the layby and collide with two cars stopped there. #crash #carcrash #lorry #oxford #motorway
