If you’re thinking this looks like strawberry yogurt and pasta… it is... and like @Justin said, don’t knock it ‘till you try it. Serves 2  Total time: 15 mins Ingredients  200g fusilli pasta  350g strawberries  100g plain yoghurt (I used Alpro) 1-2 tsp granulated sugar (adjust based on strawberry sweetness)    Method  1. Boil the pasta according to the packet instructions   2. Hull and halve the strawberries, setting a few aside for garnish   3. In a bowl, mash the remaining strawberries with the yoghurt using a fork 4. Add sugar to taste, depending on how sweet the strawberries are   5. Drain the pasta, then serve it with the strawberry sauce spooned over the top  6.
