Serves: 1-2  Total time 15-20 min  Ingredients  4 egg yolks 50 g butter 1 tsp cider vinegar Salt Small splash of cold water Method 1. Melt the butter 2. Place a glass bowl on a pan of simmering water, whisk up the egg, vinegar, salt and water for a couple of minutes 3. Slowly add in the melted butter, while continuing to whisk 4.
