I didn't speak about the Aberfan disaster for 50 years. Gareth Davies was in Pantglas School when it happened, but it took him half a century to talk about it with his family or anyone from the village. He reflects on the event 60 years on, in the exhibition 'Aberfan 60: The Days After' where he finds a picture of himself at just 5 years old at the reopening of the school. Gareth explores how faith, community and resilience helped Aberfan endure its darkest days, and what those memories mean six decades on. 🔈Listen to #AllThingsConsidered on #BBCSounds #Aberfan #Wales
