"Free from addiction and living their best lives" 💪 Christopher Rees from Gwynedd founded the Sober Ninjas - inspired by his battle with addiction. It brings together people from across the world to live their best life. He also set up Caffi'r Ogia, a safe space for men to talk about their mental health. He's nominated for a BBC Make a Difference Volunteer Award. #MakeaDifference #Addiction #MentalHealth #SafeSpace #Wales
