Viral Cucumber Salad 🥒 Serves 1-2 as a side dish Takes 5 mins 1 cucumber 1 clove of garlic, crushed 1 tsp salt 4 tsp sesame oil 3 tbsp soy sauce 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar 1 tsp chilli oil 1 tsp honey ½ tsp chilli flakes ½ tbsp sesame seeds 1. Use a mandolin or sharp knife to slice the cucumber into a 600ml-1ltr size pot or jar (old gherkin jars work well).  2. Add the remaining ingredients to the pot or jar.
