Jessica Chastain is scaring up some promising numbers 👀 ‘Other Mommy’ is projected to earn $22M–$29M domestically this weekend, potentially the biggest opening for a horror book adaptation since ‘It Chapter Two’ in 2019, according to Global Box Office. That sequel — also starring Chastain — opened with $91.1M domestically. Based on Josh Malerman’s ‘Incidents Around the House’, ‘Other Mommy’ follows a young girl haunted by an entity resembling her mother.
