## Caption

A Utah mom who placed her son for adoption as a teenager reconnected with him 20 years later - only to discover they had been working at the same hospital without knowing they were mother and son ❤️ After reaching out on his 20th birthday, Holly and Benjamin reunited over dinner and realized just how many times they may have unknowingly crossed paths. A truly incredible full-circle moment. 📸 Facebook / St. Mark's Hospital #viral #wholesome #reunion #adoption #family
