A brand-new Neon Genesis Evangelion project has officially been announced as part of the franchise’s 30th anniversary celebration. The series will be led by Yoko Taro, best known as the creator of NieR: Automata, who is handling series composition and script. Direction will come from longtime Evangelion creative Kazuya Tsurumaki alongside Toru Yatabe. The anime is being produced by Studio Khara in partnership with CloverWorks. Music will be composed by Keiichi Okabe, reuniting him with Yoko Taro after their acclaimed work on the NieR series. No story details or release window have been revealed, leaving it unclear whether the series continues the Rebuild timeline or starts fresh. #neongenesisevangelion #animefyp #nierautomata
