Marvel and Fantastic Four star Ralph Ineson has spoken out after reports that Ubisoft cancelled a post–Civil War Assassin’s Creed game starring a former Black slave. According to Game File, Ubisoft shelved the project last year due to concerns about backlash and the current U.S. political climate following criticism of Black co-protagonist Yasuke in Assassin’s Creed Shadows. Ineson, who previously appeared in Assassin’s Creed: Black Flag, reposted details of the cancellation on X with the blunt message, “Once again, f*** off.” The actor has recently been outspoken online, previously targeting reports about an AI “actress” with a similar remark. His comment comes as rumors swirl about a Black Flag remake featuring returning cast members. Whether Ineson is involved in that project or simply voicing frustration as a fan remains unclear. #assassinscreed #gaming #ubisoft #ralphineson
