Assassin’s Creed Shadows is officially Europe’s best-selling new game of 2025, beating Split Fiction, Monster Hunter Wilds, Mario Kart World, and Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2. Despite Shadows’ success, the overall No.1 game was actually EA Sports FC 25, released in 2024. RPGs had a strong showing, with Monster Hunter Wilds leading the pack at No.7, ahead of Kingdom Come 2, Oblivion Remastered, and Elden Ring: Nightreign. The top new IP of the year was Split Fiction, debuting at No.6 and marking another hit for Hazelight. #gaming #ubisoft #assassinscreed #assassinscreedshadows #europe
