A petition calling for Roblox CEO David Baszucki’s resignation has surpassed 100,000 signatures. Launched on August 9, 2025, it accuses the company of failing to protect children and allowing exploitation to persist. Petitioners say Roblox relies too heavily on automated moderation, is slow to remove predators, and lacks transparency under Baszucki’s leadership. The campaign gained momentum after YouTuber Schlep—known for confronting alleged predators—was banned and served a cease-and-desist. Roblox defended the ban as necessary to curb vigilantism, while Chief Safety Officer Matt Kaufman outlined safety updates in an August 16 video. #robloxfyp #robloxstory #gaming #pcgaming
