Chief Mendonca and RIC Campus PD are sending love, support and some RIC swag to  3-year-old Makinsley, who has been diagnosed with Embryonal Rhabdomyosarcoma and is undergoing chemotherapy, through the heropackagefoundation! This charitable organization was founded by a local police officer and partners with law enforcement from around the state to deliver a “Hero Package” to a child battling cancer or other life-threatening diseases.
