Chief James Mendonca and RIC Campus Police are bidding farewell to Leslie Natalie Flores Diaz, who has been working in their office for the last 2 years. Today's her last day before she goes off to her student teaching placement and then graduation! After that the early childhood education major hopes to go backpacking around Europe, attain her certification as a Montessori Teacher, and hopefully, one day, teach at a Montessori School. Chief Mendonca says, "Leslie has been an incredible asset to my agency and she will be missed by all." They couldn't let her leave without getting one for the 'gram though.
