Tomorrow is #ElectionDay! 😮 It's not too late to #BeAVoter.
.
✉️ If you are voting by mail and have not already mailed your completed ballot, do not put it in the mail. At this point, the only way to ensure your ballot arrives on time is to hand deliver it to the Board of Elections at 2000 Plainfield Pike, Suite A, Cranston, RI 02921.
🏛 Today is the last day to vote early in person at your town or city hall. Be sure to bring a valid photo ID!
🗳 If you plan to vote in person tomorrow, be sure to find your correct polling place at vote.sos.ri.gov. Bring a valid photo ID, wear your mask 😷 and make sure you plan for long lines and delays. Polls are open from 7 am-8 pm tomorrow. And remember: If you're already in line when the polls close, you are still entitled to vote!
.
If you have not yet registered, you can still vote! RI allows same-day registration for the presidential election only. (You will not be able to vote in local races.) You can only register and vote on Election Day at the location designated by your local board of canvassers. Check vote.sos.ri.gov to learn more.
.
However you decide to vote, share your "I voted" photo with us. Tag us (rhodeislandcollege) and use the hash tag #RICVotes. Your photo might wind up in the next issue of the Rhode Island College Magazine. Now get out there and vote! 🇺🇸
