There are so many #RICalumni working on the front lines of our state’s response to the #covid_19 pandemic – like Karen Santilli ‘88, ‘00. Karen is the president and CEO of Crossroads RI, the state’s largest provider of services for the homeless. Handling crises is nothing new for Karen, but serving a population that’s vulnerable even in the best of times is more complex now. “At a time when lots of places are closing, and rightly so, we’re not,” Karen tells the provjournal. “We’re trying to figure out how to expand our hours to make sure that the people we serve are safe and okay.” Thank you for service!
