A man wearing a Chucky doll mask allegedly targeted six people at random in Philadelphia — and chillingly asked a female jogger if she was ready to die, police have revealed. The masked suspect – thought to be a black man between 16 and 20 – terrorized people going about their business within a crazed 15 minute window early Wednesday morning and remains at large. The young man went into a Dunkin Donuts store wearing the “distinctive, Chucky doll Halloween-style face mask” just after 5:20 a.m. but was refused service because he was being erratic, Jason Smith, the Philadelphia Police Captain, told reporters at a presser Monday. #Chucky #Philadelphia #TheCrimeDesk
