## Caption

Every year thousands of #communitycollege students are disappointed as they transfer to four-year institutions and find that much of their coursework only counts as #elective credit. Our new, first-in-the-nation transfer minor policy turns that problem into an opportunity for more than 3,000 #transferstudents currently enrolled here. We’re making sure that students like #accounting major Momodou Jallow and #sociology student jaidenalexandria_ get the credit(s) they deserve. “I think this policy is a great way to use the non-transferable credits I worked hard to attain,” says Jaiden. “I believe having a transfer minor will also help me stand out with future employers.”
