## Caption

Steve Goncalves, whose daughter Kaylee was one of the four University of Idaho students Bryan Kohberger confessed to murdering, is speaking out after Kohberger claimed in a new filing that he's actually innocent. Steve said he's "not surprised" by the claim, calling Kohberger "the mosquito you can't seem to swat." He added that if Kohberger is granted a new trial, his family is confident he "will get the death penalty that he escaped by pleading guilty the first time around." #BryanKohberger #IdahoMurders #UniversityOfIdaho #TrueCrime #CrimeNews #KayleeGoncalves #thecrimedesk
