A Pennsylvania man allegedly called his parents to confess he had killed his wife — his high school sweetheart — before fleeing into the woods and dying by suicide, authorities said. Ryan Hosso, 26, is accused of shooting his wife, Madeline Spatafore, 25, a physician assistant, multiple times inside their home in Butler County, less than two years after their wedding. Police said Hosso contacted his parents after the shooting and told them he had killed his wife. His parents then notified authorities about the call around 1:15 a.m. Tuesday, according to Pennsylvania State Police. #ryanhosso #madelinespatafore #butlercounty
