## Caption

Singer D4vd's seized phone contained a 'significant' amount of child pornography, prosecutors alleged at a hearing on Thursday after he was charged with murder. D4vd, real name David Anthony Burke, was charged with first-degree murder on April 20 for the death of Celeste Rivas Hernandez, 14. The singer, 21, looked somber as he was shackled to his chair for the hearing. He wore an orange prison jumpsuit with a tan t-shirt underneath. #celesterivas #d4vd #Davidanthonyburke
