David Russell Williams, former Colonel in the Royal Canadian Air Force, was sentenced to life in prison for the r*pe and murder of Jessica Lloyd. In a 10 hour interrogation On Feb 7th 2010, Williams not only confessed to the r*pe and murder of Jessica, but also Corporal Marie-France Comeau. On top of this, photographic evidence showed he broke into at least 82 homes to steal women and girls’ underwear; he put the lingerie on inside the property and took pictures of himself before taking it home. On October 21, 2010, Williams was sentenced to two life sentences for first-degree murder, two 10-year sentences for other sexual assaults, two 10-year sentences for forcible confinement, and 82 one-year sentences for breaking and entering, all to be served concurrently.
