## Caption

Garnett Spears was murdered by his own mother, Lacey Spears in December 2014, who took him to the bathroom in a New York hospital where she put table salt in his IV line. The high sodium levels led to the swelling of his brain, which resulted in his death. #fyp #garnettspears #laceyspears #crimetok #truecrime #caughtoncamera #munchausenbyproxy #munchausensyndrome #theact #gypsyroseblanchard #shocking #heartbreaking #truecrimetiktok
